2. Content and copyright

The website's content, such as text, images, videos, logos and visual identity, is protected under copyright and trademark law. The content may be freely read and shared as a link. Copying, modifying or commercially exploiting the content without the publisher's permission is prohibited. Short quotations, citing the source and a link, are permitted in accordance with good practice.

3. Commercial partnerships and advertising

The website publishes both editorial and commercial content. Commercial content is always clearly labelled, for example with the marking “Advertisement” or “Commercial partnership: [partner name]”. The label appears at the start of the content, before it is read. Partners have no influence over the selection of editorial content.

4. Content relating to alcoholic beverages

The website covers drink and restaurant culture, and its content is intended for adults. The marketing of alcoholic beverages is subject to the restrictions of the Finnish Alcohol Act (1102/2017). We do not market alcoholic beverages to minors, nor do we portray excessive alcohol consumption in a positive light. The publication of content relating to spirits complies with the marketing provisions of the Alcohol Act and the guidance of the supervising authority.

A consumer may refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board or bring proceedings in the district court of their own domicile.
